Welcome to the Terms of Service for Doravue (the "Company", "we" or "us"). By accessing and/or using the Services, you are agreeing to these Terms.
1. Who May Use the Services
You must be 13 years of age or older to use the Services. Minors between 13 and the age of majority must have parent/guardian consent.
2. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle the information you provide to us when you use the Services. You acknowledge that your guest information and content will be shared with Event Hosts.
3. User Content & Marketing License
In connection with your use of the Services, you may post, upload, or submit content ("User Content"). By doing so, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access, use, host, store, reproduce, and display User Content for the operation of our Services and for our marketing and promotional purposes (including but not limited to social media, advertisements, and our website).
Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that your guest information, including your name, profile picture, and any content you upload, will be shared with the Event Host to facilitate the event experience.
4. Purchases
We may charge for certain features ("Offerings"). All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.
5. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
